The
IMS Registration Audit is conducted to obtain objective evidence
of the adequacy of your company's quality management system (QMS)
to the requirements of ISO 9001 and the level of conformance of
your employees to your QMS. Objective evidence of a mature, value-added,
proactive quality management system is needed to show your customers
that you are serious about meeting their demands. The registration
certificate issued by IMS provides this evidence.
HOW IT WORKS:
First, your Quality Manual and Process Maps are
reviewed by the Lead Auditor assigned to your company and a report
is provided. The second step is for an IMS audit team to perform
a value-added, common sense audit at your facility, and again a
report is provided. IMS trains its auditors to ensure they take
a reasonable approach to the interpretations of the standards, and
can prove they have a value-added, common sense approach to audits.
Companies that successfully prove their compliance
to ISO 9001 can expect their registration certificate within a few
short weeks of the audit. IMS is committed to getting your certificate
to you in a timely manner, without undue delay.
IMS policies
and procedures ensure the registration process complies with ANAB
requirements; inclduing recommending for registration only those
organizations where it has been determined the organization meets
all requirements of ISO 9001.
