Introduction to ISO 9001:2000 1-Day Implementation: $200.00

This brief introductory course provides the participant a rudimentary understanding of the ISO 9001 requirements. Topics include a discussion of who comprises the ISO community and their various roles, benefits to implementation, what the ISO 9001 standard requires, and how to implement the standard. Methods for conducting Internal Process Audits and tips on surviving Process Audits by the registrar are presented.

ISO 9001:2000 2-Day Internal Auditor Training Course: $495.00

This course utilizes a combination of lectures and case studies so that students receive more than text book learning. The training materials are based upon ISO 9001:2000 and the appropriate interpretations. Course materials and curriculum are designed to prepare students to be audited themselves. These courses are recommended for Internal Auditors, ISO 9000 Management Representatives, Department Heads, Supervisors, and other employees involved with the quality management system that supports your company's products or services. Especially designed for those employees who are involved with implementing ISO 9001:2000.

ISO 9001:2000 5-Day Certified Lead Auditor Training - $1595.00

This course is offered in cooperation with Pillar Management Associates an IATCA Accredited Course provider and is recommended for prospective lead auditors, managers who are responsible for installing quality management systems, auditors who assess suppliers and subcontractors as well as managers and other employees who are building internal audit teams.

Course instructions include case studies, interactive learning activities, team assignments and lectures covering quality management systems. Students will learn ISO 9000 process auditing techniques and assessment preparation. It is designed to facilitate understanding and participation in all activities covered and to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to conduct value-added quality management system audits.

All participants will be graded and assessed on participation, application, comprehension, team work, contribution, work presentations, and personal communication skills. To receive a course certificate it is required that the participant pass all phases of the course.
